Sender id is also known as sender identity, MSG91 provide dynamic sender id which means you can change your sender id instantly at the sending time.

Is there any charge for Sender ID?

No, we do not charge for any Sender ID.

How to filter NDNC numbers?

Number registers to NDNC or National Do not call services have applied not to receive any marketing sms/call. Our system filters this kind of numbers while sending sms.

Will I be charged to non delivered numbers?

No the credit's are refunded back for the sms which are not delivered due to NDNC subscription.

I want to wish my clients and they have NDNC subscription, how could I use your services?

If you want to send sms to your subscriber then you can send a written application to allow sms to NDNC numbers. You can download your application from here.

How do I pay?

You can pay through our online payment portal with any Debit/Credit card anywhere the world.

How much it is going to cost me per sms?

Depending on the usage and need of your sms we have a variety of plans for you.

I would like to disable my account from your site? What is the process?

What is the max limit of sms from my account in a particular day?

You may send any number of sms to any mobile number in a particular day.

How much time will it take to reach SMS to receiver?

Depending on your plan which you have chosen, Delivery may take few sec. to 15 Mins. You can check the delivery report after login.
