Step 1 :(If you are already using MSG91 WhatsApp service and want to switch to advanced WhatsApp marketing, simply complete this 5-minute process. Complete Step 1 and Step 2)

To enable this feature, go to the WhatsApp panel in MSG91 and click on your number in the left panel.

Click on the Action button of the number on which you want to start the advance marketing messages services.

You can directly click on the “Continue with facebook” blue button.

And complete the Embedded Signup process again for the same number.

Connect Your Meta Business

• Select the Facebook ID that owns your verified Business Portfolio and click Continue → Get Started.

  

  
  Choose the Business Portfolio where you want to add the number.

• Review the Business Name, Website URL, and Country.

• Click Next.
  

  

  
  Add or Create a WhatsApp Business Account

  • Choose to add a new WhatsApp number or connect an existing WhatsApp Business Account.

  • If you don’t have one, click Create Business WhatsApp Account.

    Enter WhatsApp Business Details

    • Provide a WhatsApp Business Account Name and a Display Name (this is visible to customers).

    • Select your Business Category.

  • Click Next.
    

    

Add and Verify the Number

• Click Add New Number.

• Select the Country Code and enter the WhatsApp number you wish to add.

• Choose a verification method (call or SMS) and click Next.

• Enter the verification code and click Continue.

• Wait for the connection to complete, then click Finish.

• Your number is now being added—this may take a few minutes.
  
  

  

Step 2 : (If you have onboarded the new WhatsApp number, then follow only Step 2.)

On the toggle of “Request for Advance Marketing Messages”

a. After clicking it on, you have to go to your Meta Business Settings.

b. Click on the “Other Requests“ under the Request Section in left panel.

c. Click on the Review of the request - “MSG91 has invited you to start sending marketing messages with optimization“, And click on “Continue”

d. And provide the access requested and click on finish.

Your business can now send the marketing messages through advance Marketing Messages.
