Now you can block the countries for SMS in credit accounts also to eliminate submissions from untargeted countries.

1. Goto the Limit Communication option in the left dashboard.

2. Search the country that you wish to block from the Search box. Click on the Block button on the right of the country to block it. Once blocked, Unblock button will be shown to unblock it.

You also have the option to Block all countries and Unblock all countries.

SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. 

SSL error arises when your website is not SSL certified and the one which you try to access is certified or vice-versa.

Thus the server asks for your permission to carry forward the navigation.

If you are observing API/server response as: "The request was aborted: Could NOT CREATE SSL/TLS secure channel", then it means that the server doesn't have a valid HTTPS certificate with the path used. But don’t worry.

Reseller can add a webhook URL and the option can be used to get the details of the new signup and we will send every new signup detail to that webhook URL. 

Please follow the below steps to add the webhook URL:

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Reseller Settings option. Choose the More option from the top. Click on Webhook.

2. Go to the Reseller settings and click on more, you will get the webhook option as below to set up the URL.

Demo Balance

To set the demo balance for your clients work through the flow given below:

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Clients option. For the user, you want to mark authentic, click on the More option on the right-hand side.

2. Below mentioned window will appear. Select the Route type to Add or Reduce balance. Enter the number of Credits. You can Add or Reduce balance from the buttons present below.

Here are the steps to be followed to add a new client:

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Clients option. Select ADD option on the top to fill in the details of the client.

2. After filling in all the details, click on ADD  button to add the client.

The client Search option lets the re-seller get the information about all his clients.

• On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Client Search option.

Here you can check or export the data/logs of the messages sent by all your clients between a given date.

Kindly follow the simple procedure to update your client's Mobile number in the MSG91 account.

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Clients option. Now click on more at the right-hand side of the client of which you wish to update the mobile number.

2. Select the Settings option and click on Company information. Once you click on change mobile, the mobile number tab will be accessible. Put your desired number and then click on change mobile again. 

3. The number will be changed and a successful message will pop up on the top right.

Here are the steps to be followed to update your client's password:

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Clients option. Now click on the More option at the right-hand side of the client of which you wish to update the mobile number.

2. Select the Settings option and click on User information. Set the password and click on the Update button.

Now you can set the credits purchase limit for all your users.

Yes, all the users will eventually be disabled if you disable their head reseller. It works in a chain format. 

Thus, if you disable a re-seller, it will disable all the clients as well as the re-seller under that particular re-seller. 

Follow the steps to add Bank details to your website:

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Reseller Settings option.

2. Click on Bank details

3. Fill in all the details of the bank and Add Details. You can also add details of multiple banks.

In order to make any of your clients a reseller follow these steps:

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Clients option. Click on the More option on the right-hand side of the client to which you wish to convert the account.

2. Go through the Settings option, here change the status from user to reseller, and click on Change.

In order to set the pricing to your client's account, please follow the below-mentioned steps. 

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Clients option. Click on the More option on the right-hand side of the client for which you wish to set the pricing.

2. You will get the details of the current balance and the change option to set the pricing for the client account.

 3. Click on the desired route change option to set the pricing and update it. 

Being in a competitive reseller business, now you can keep your domain secure and keep your users with you always. You have the authority to allow/disallow your users to log in to your/other domains. 

1. On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the Reseller Settings option. Choose the More option from the top. Click on Domain Login.

2. When you will click on both the above options user can log in to any domain and allow your users to log in to your white-labeled website, these pop-ups will appear for the confirmation of changes done.

Note - At first, the settings are Enabled for all. You can make the changes as mentioned in the doc.

What is a Short URL?

A URL shortener is a feature that converts a regular URL (the web address that starts with http://) into its condensed format. You can now save credits by cutting short the SMS length with our smart URL Shortener. Using this feature will automatically convert the long URL present in your SMS content into a short one. Once the SMS is delivered and the receiver clicks on the short URL received, it will redirect him/her to your original long URL.

How you can use Short URL for your account? 

• Login to your MSG91 account. 

• Go to the settings and under Company settings, you will find an option of Short URL service to enable it. 
  

• Simply click on the toggle button to enable it and click on "Yes" after reading the details & once after enabling it, system will automatically start shortening the long URLs. 

How you can enable the short URL for clients?

Go to the Reseller Settings and click on 'More', select 'Short URL', and toggle it on. 

A confirmation pop-up will appear—click 'Yes' to enable.

Limitations (The URL will only be replaced if)

The length of URL with hostname > 9 & URL without hostname > 5.

How this will help you? 

This helps with CTA whitelisting on DLT. As per TRAI guidelines, if you're using a Redirection URL in your SMS, you must use a Short URL, and your header should be included in that URL.

As a reseller, you can set up alerts to receive important notifications regarding billing and technical issues. Follow the steps below to configure email and mobile notifications in your reseller panel.

Step 1: Access the Alerts Section

1. Log in to your Reseller Panel.

2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Alerts.

3. You will see two sections: Billing Alerts and Tech Alerts.

   

Step 2: Add Email and Mobile Number for Alerts

For Billing Alerts:

1. Under Billing Alerts, locate the Emails section.

2. Click the Add button and enter the email address where you want to receive notifications.

3. Similarly, in the Mobile Numbers section, click Add and enter the phone number.

For Tech Alerts:

1. Under Tech Alerts, locate the Emails section.

2. Click the Add button and enter the email address for technical notifications.

3. In the Mobile Numbers section, click Add and enter the mobile number.

Step 3: Save Changes

• Once you have added the required email addresses and mobile numbers, ensure all details are correct.

• There is no need for additional confirmation; the alerts will be sent automatically once configured.
