Q. URLs of static SMS part should also be uploaded?

A. Yes


Q. What are the consequences of not complying with this whitelisting requirement?
A. Any message containing non-whitelisted CTA will be BLOCKED by all Access Service Providers during DLT scrubbing.


Q. Are redirection URLs allowed?

A. No


Q. Dynamic URL should end with Question Mark?

A. Yes


Q. Do Subdomain URLs need to be uploaded separately?

A.Yes


Q. Are IP based URLs allowed to be uploaded?

A. No, only Domain Name based URLs are allowed.


Q. Which numbers need to be uploaded under CTA?

A. Call back Numbers that will be sent as part of the variable, here are some samples -
