The text message helps one send a text message in the bot flow. One can also add any existing variable in between the flow.

• Go to Built the flow

• Click on Message

• Drag and drop the text card to the canvas

• Type the text you wish to add in the message

• Click on Save.

1. Input Expected from User: One can also ask a question and store its response in a custom variables.

2. Validation Settings: The validation Settings feature helps one validate the user inputs provided by the user. For example one can validate if the user enters a correct 12 digit aadhar card number when asked for the same.
