How to configure SMTP on Zoho platform

Steps to Configure SMTP with Zoho Platform:


1. Log in to Zoho: Log in to your Zoho account and click on the "Settings" icon located at the top right corner of the screen.


2. Navigate to 'Send Mail As': Scroll down and select "Send mail as" from the left panel.


3. Add External Address: Click on the "+" icon next to "External From Addresses," then choose "Others" as your external email account provider. 


4. Enter Display Name and Email Address: Provide the display name (as you want it to appear in outgoing emails) and enter the email address.


5. Select Custom SMTP: Click on "Custom SMTP."


6. Retrieve SMTP Credentials from MSG91: Log in to MSG91, navigate to Email -> Domain Settings -> SMTP Integration, and obtain the SMTP credentials.


7. Enter SMTP Details in Zoho: Copy the SMTP Hostname, Port, Username, and Password from MSG91, then paste these details into the Zoho platform. Click "Save."


Once these steps are completed, you will be able to select this inbox for sending emails, and it will appear in the "Send mail as" section in Zoho.
