How to search the templates

How to search templates added in MSG91 SMS Panel using the DLT template ID

Step 1: Go to SMS Panel, Navigate to the "Templates" section. At the top, you'll find a search option drop down. You can search for templates using the following criteria: DLT Template ID, MSG91 Template Name, or MSG91 Template ID.

Step 2: Select the option "DLT Template ID"  from the dropdown menu. Enter the DLT Template ID into the search box. The system will filter the results to show the template, allowing you to view it directly.
