How to set up forwarding for Hello Inbox?

To use this feature simply follow this process first of all select all Inboxes from the Manage.





Click on Create an Inbox.






Then Click on create now > Fill out the details Like Inbox name, select domain, and enter email.







Click on next and give permissions by selecting a team or at least a team member.





Once done click on verification to complete your verification. Now copy this Forwarding URL.





Go to the Gmail inbox and settings and then see all settings 






Then in the  Forwarding and POP/IMAP column please select the forwarding and then click on the Add a forwarding address and then next and then click on the Save changes









A Pop-up will appear on the next screen where you need to click on the proceed.




Now OTP will be sent to the inbox please enter the OTP and click on verify.





Post successful verification you will be able to see the forwarding URL and then click on the save changes.




You can then access your inbox from the inbox section.





Once the email is created You can then compose an Email, Just select Create Inbox






If you have sent a mail by mistake, or if you have missed any important points, you can undo the mail. Just enable the "Undo" option in your settings - visit Manage and select " Inbox ". and click on Gear Icon then Edit Inbox.


You can Add tags for each conversation to help you with analytics.

 To change the settings simply select the gear icon.




 

You will see three options there - Edit Inbox, Permissions, and Workflow


 

You can change your inbox settings from the edit inbox section and also disable your inbox from here.
