My account status is in the demo, what can I do to make my account live?
If you are sending SMS via API and you find a 505 error code, it means that currently, your account status is in the demo and you will get the content as
"Hi there,
This is a test SMS.
"Hi there,
This is a test SMS.
Post DLT formalities, you can send your own SMS contents."
To make your account live the KYC will be required. You can complete the KYC for your MSG91 account, as soon as you login to your account you will see a Pop Up to update the KYC details, once you complete the KYC your account will be activated to send SMS. You can click on the "Complete KYC" button on the Pop-Up
After clicking on "Complete KYC" you can click on the button which is "Authenticate AaDhaar" (In the case of India)
Then you can enter your Aadhaar Card Number and click on Next, an OTP will be sent to the registered number with your Aadhaar Card
Once you have verified the OTP, you can click on allow and the KYC will be completed for your account.
