Number Subscription

To use the voice services you need to subscribe to the Direct Inward Dialing(DID) number from the numbers service and the deduction for the calls can be directly deducted from your MSG91 account wallet. 

Please follow the steps in this article. Select numbers from the microservices page after logging into your MSG91 account.

Once the numbers page is open you can click on the subscription at the left-hand side bottom corner.

Then you can select the Inbound Voice Basic from the options and then click on subscribe button.

Listed here is the pricing for the number which you can use for Voice services ( Inbound & Outbound calls )

Now in the appeared pop-up of the long code number, you can select the DID number of your choice.

After which you can enter Over Usage Limit which is the amount that you may consume after exhausting the 1000 INR of your Outbound calls. This amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance.

Now you will see the Net Amount that is payable, this is the amount that you will get on a pro-rated basis.

In case you do not have sufficient balance in your Wallet to subscribe for the Inbound Voice Basic plan you will see an option to Proceed to the checkout page from which you can add balance in your Wallet.
