How to Configure Billing & Tech Alerts in the Reseller Panel

As a reseller, you can set up alerts to receive important notifications regarding billing and technical issues. Follow the steps below to configure email and mobile notifications in your reseller panel.

Step 1: Access the Alerts Section

  1. Log in to your Reseller Panel.

  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Alerts.

  3. You will see two sections: Billing Alerts and Tech Alerts.

Step 2: Add Email and Mobile Number for Alerts

For Billing Alerts:

  1. Under Billing Alerts, locate the Emails section.

  2. Click the Add button and enter the email address where you want to receive notifications.

  3. Similarly, in the Mobile Numbers section, click Add and enter the phone number.

For Tech Alerts:

  1. Under Tech Alerts, locate the Emails section.

  2. Click the Add button and enter the email address for technical notifications.

  3. In the Mobile Numbers section, click Add and enter the mobile number.

Step 3: Save Changes

  • Once you have added the required email addresses and mobile numbers, ensure all details are correct.

  • There is no need for additional confirmation; the alerts will be sent automatically once configured.

Additional information:

The following alerts fall under the Tech and Billing categories:

Tech Alerts:

  • 101 - Missing mobile number

  • 102 - Missing message

  • 202 - Invalid mobile number

  • 203 - Invalid sender ID or DLT Entity ID missing

  • 207 - Invalid authentication key

  • 301 - Insufficient balance to send an SMS

  • 311 - Same SMS content sent to the same number within 10 seconds (security feature to prevent multiple deliveries)

  • 418 - IP Whitelisting

Billing Alerts:

  • Low Balance

  • Payment status updates

  • Insufficient balance alert

  • 10% balance remaining alert

  • 5% balance remaining alert
