This error occurs due to multiple continuous signup attempts from the same IP, which led to the IP being temporarily blocked.

To proceed, please try signing up again using a different system or IP address. This should allow you to complete the signup process smoothly. Your IP will be automatically unblocked after 20 hours.

  1. Invalid Magic link or token

Please try signing up after clearing your cache and cookies or by using incognito mode. If the issue still persists, kindly contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

There is a possibility that your account has been disabled due to prolonged inactivity. Please contact [email protected]

to get your account re-enabled and continue using MSG91 services.

This error occurs when you recently deleted your account; if you try to sign up again within 7 days, you will see this error. This happens because, from our end, the account gets permanently deleted only after 7 days, so please try to sign up after 7 days.
