All About Subaccounts in MSG91
This help document explains how to create, fund, and manage subaccounts (child accounts) within your MSG91 account.
Follow the below steps carefully along with the referenced screenshots.
Step 1: How to Create a Subaccount in Your MSG91 Account
Please follow the screenshots one by one to create a new subaccount.
Login to your MSG91 account
Visit the link: https://control.msg91.com/signin
Enter your credentials and click Sign In.Navigate to the SMS Section
Once logged in, click on SMS from the left-hand side menu.

Go to Clients Section
Click on Clients in the sidebar. You will be redirected to the following page:

Add a New Client (Subaccount)
Click on the Add option at the top of the page.

Enter Client Details
Fill in the details carefully:Full Name
Username (should be the same as the email ID)
Email ID (must match the username)
Company Name
Select Services you wish to provide to your subaccount (e.g., SMS, Email, Voice, WhatsApp, etc.)
Select Industry Type from the dropdown list.
Once all information is filled in, click Add.

âś… Your subaccount has now been created successfully.
Step 2: How to Add Funds to Your Subaccount
From the Clients list, click on More next to the client (subaccount) name.
In the wallet management screen, go to the Fund section.
Choose Wallet under “Select Route.”
Enter the Amount you want to add and a Description (optional).
Click + Add Balance.

✅ Balance will be added successfully and reflected in your subaccount’s wallet.
Step 3: Parent Login – How to Access a Child Account
If you wish to log in to your child account from your parent account:
Go to Clients → locate the child account.
Click on More next to the client’s details.
Click on the Login As option.

You will now be logged in as your subaccount user (child account).
Step 4: Child Login
The subaccount (child user) can log in directly using their own credentials via the following link:

They can access only the services and balance allocated to their account.
Important Note:
You cannot offer a custom price to your child (subaccount).
All pricing remains as per the parent account’s configured rates.
