🔄 How to Transfer Funds Between MSG91 Accounts

MSG91 allows fund transfers between accounts only if billing details match exactly. This ensures account authenticity and compliance with internal policies.

✅ Required Billing Details

Before requesting a transfer, confirm that the following fields are identical in both accounts:

  • Billing Details

  • Company Relation

  • Company Name

  • Country

  • Address

You can verify and update these fields by navigating to:

Settings → Billing & Profile Settings → Billing Details

📤 Steps to Initiate a Fund Transfer

  1. Log in to both MSG91 accounts.

  2. Go to Billing & Profile Settings in each account.

  3. Ensure all billing fields match exactly.

  4. Contact MSG91 support via Mail using [email protected]

  5. Provide both account usernames and request a fund transfer.
