Unsubscribe link in the Emails

Steps to disable the unsubscribe link for Transactional or Promotional Emails:

If you do not want to include the unsubscribe link in your transactional emails, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your MSG91 Panel.

2. Navigate to Email Micro-Service from the left-hand menu.

3. Go to Domain Settings.

4. Select the domain for which you want to modify the settings.

5. Click on Domain Configuration.

Disable the toggle for “Unsubscribed” to stop including the unsubscribe link in emails.

Note:

• By default, the unsubscribe link is included in all emails except OTPs.
