Deleting an MSG91 account cannot be performed directly from the dashboard. If you wish to close your account, please review the information below before submitting your request.

Can I delete my MSG91 account myself?

No. Currently, MSG91 does not provide a self-service option to delete an account. If you wish to close your account, you will need to contact the MSG91 Support team.

For security purposes, account deletion requests should be submitted only from the registered email address associated with your MSG91 account. This helps us verify account ownership and process your request securely.

Before requesting account deletion

Before proceeding with account deletion, please consider the following:

1. Your wallet balance does not expire

If you have an available balance in your MSG91 wallet, it does not have any validity period. The balance remains available in your account and can be used whenever you need MSG91 services.

As long as your MSG91 account remains active, you can continue using your wallet balance for eligible MSG91 services.

  • If a refund is not applicable, your wallet balance will continue to remain safely available in your MSG91 account without any validity limitation and can be used whenever required.
