All About Subaccount in MSG91

This help document provides guidance on how to manage child accounts within your Subaccount in MSG91.

A Subaccount in MSG91 is an account like a Master account that allow to manage their own child account for usage while the main account retains overall control. The complete billing will be handled by the master account only.

How to get a Subaccount?

Create an account on MSG91, and then contact our sales team at [email protected] to get it converted into a Subaccount.

Please follow the screenshots one by one to create a new child account.

1. Login to your MSG91 account
   Visit the link: https://control.msg91.com/signin
   Enter your credentials and click Sign In.

2. Navigate to the SMS Section
   Once logged in, click on SMS from the left-hand side menu.

3. Go to Clients Section
   Click on Clients in the sidebar. You will be redirected to the following page:

4. Add a New Client (Subaccount)
   Click on the Add option at the top of the page.

5. Enter Client Details
   Fill in the details carefully:

   • Full Name

   • Username (should be the same as the email ID)

   • Email ID (must match the username)

   • Company Name

   • Select Services you wish to provide to your child account (e.g., SMS, Email, Voice, WhatsApp, etc.)

   • Select Industry Type from the dropdown list.

   Once all information is filled in, click Add.

✅ Your chil account has now been created successfully.

1. From the Clients list, click on More next to the client (account) name.

2. In the wallet management screen, go to the Fund section.

3. Choose Wallet under “Select Route.”

4. Enter the Amount you want to add and a Description (optional).

5. Click + Add Balance.

✅ Balance will be added successfully and reflected in your child account’s wallet.

If you wish to log in to your child account from your Subaccount account (Master):

1. Go to Clients → locate the child account.

2. Click on More next to the client’s details.

3. Click on the Login As option.

You will now be logged in as your subaccount user (child account).

The subaccount (child user) can log in directly using their own credentials via the following link:

They can access only the services and balance allocated to their account.

You cannot offer a custom price to your child account.
