Retry Feature in MSG91 Campaign
When a campaign fails or is not processed due to reasons like system errors, template issues, or temporary disruptions, MSG91 allows you to retry the campaign without relaunching or reconfiguring it. This helps save time and ensures seamless execution.
How to Use the Retry Feature
1. Go to Campaign Logs
After launching a campaign, open the Logs section to view its processing status.

2. Click on “Re-run”
For failed or unprocessed campaigns, select Rerun. The system will process the campaign again using the same data, template, and configurations; without needing to set it up from scratch.

3. Track the Retried Campaign
Retried campaigns will show a Retry label under the Via column, helping you distinguish them from fresh launches.

Key Points
A retried campaign can be retried again.
You can pause or stop a retried campaign just like any other.
Retry helps avoid remapping and configurations, saving time and effort.
