Edit/Duplicate RCS template

To Edit a template - You need to duplicate it and do the changes and save it.

Step 1: Go to the RCS section in MSG91 and select the RCS Bot ID from the drop down, in which you need to the edit the template.

Step 2: Click on the 3 dots of the template that we have to edit. And select Duplicate.

Change the name of the template

Click on Save. Wait for the approval (4-6 hours)

Once approved you can start sending the RCS messages.
