WhatsApp Integration With Hello

Hello will provide you with an inbox to view the responses of your users and interact with them. You can manage the conversations, have agents, check analytics and automate responses with Hello..

To set up WhatsApp with Hello, follow the below steps: 

1. Login to your MSG91 account and go to WhatsApp.

2. Click on the Number option and then click on the 3 Dots under Action Tab and then click on Integration. 

3. Enable the toggle for Allow inbound in Hello.

4. Enable the toggle and click upon Save.

Free, Basic and Premium subscription of Hello will be required to see the Chats In Hello Chat section. 

One can check the inbox created in hello under “All Inboxes” section.

The chats will start reflecting in Hello.
