How to change my email ID?
Currently, the registered email ID of an MSG91 account cannot be changed.
However, based on your requirement, you can use one of the following options:
Provide Access to a Different Email ID
If you want another person or a different email ID to access your account, you can add them as a team member and assign the required permissions.

Update Email ID for Communication Alerts
If you only want to change the email address that receives notifications (Tech or Billing alerts), you can update it from:
Settings → Alerts
Here, you can modify communication email IDs without changing your registered account email id from the tech alert and billing alert.
