Why are inbound messages not appearing in either the Hello?
If your inbound tickets are not showing up in Hello, it is often related to your Segmento plan. Please check the following:
Segmento plan limits:
For example, the Basic plan includes 2,000 contacts. If you have reached this limit, new inbound tickets may not appear.
Verify which Segmento plan you are on and whether you have exceeded its limits.
Applied filters:
Ensure that the filters you are using to view inbound tickets are correct. Ensure you have all permission which are required.
