To integrate MSG91 RCS with MoEngage for sending RCS campaigns seamlessly.

• Login to MoEngage

• Click on Settings

• Go to Channels → SMS | RCS

• Click On RCS
  
  

  

• Under the RCS section, click on “Add RCS Sender”

Step 4: Select MSG91 Provider

• Choose and Click On
  👉 “Send your RCS campaigns from MoEngage using your MSG91 account”

• A Page Will Open Like This After Clicking -
  
  

  

Step 5: Get Details from MSG91

• Login to MSG91

• Go to RCS Section

• Select Registration

• Copy Exact Project ID name and paste under Sender Name in Moengage

• Copy Exact Project ID and paste it under Sender Id in Moengage

Fill the following fields in MoEngage:

• Sender Type (Transactional / Promotional / OTP)

• Sender Name

• Sender ID (Project ID from MSG91)

• API URL ( https://control.msg91.com/api/v5/oneapi/api/flow/run?source=moengage)

• Auth Key ( From MSG91 dashboard)

After entering all the details the page will look like this

• Click on Save

• Your RCS integration will be completed successfully ✅

• Ensure all fields are correctly filled

• Verify Project ID and Auth Key

• Use exact API URL

• Select correct sender type

• Copy the URL from Moengage

• Click On Webhooks Section in RCS

• Select MoEngage Clicked if you want click tracking from our end, or choose MoEngage to track clicks directly on the MoEngage dashboard.
  

• After pasting, verify that the Webhook status is set to “Active / In Play”
  

• Click on Create to enable the webhook
  

• Once done, your Callback URL will be successfully configured

Settings → SMS & RCS → Add Sender → Select MSG91 → Enter Details → Save
