How to use tags in Hello Ticket


You can add tags to each ticket in HELLO to categorize and manage different conversations effectively. Assigning tags helps you track tickets based on specific topics, issues, or priorities, making your conversations easier to organize, monitor, and analyze.

Step-1: After login into your MSG91 account, go to the Hello.


Step-2: Open a ticket. At the top, you will get an option to assign a tag.


Tags can be assigned to both email and chat tickets for better organization and tracking.



Step-3: Once the tag is assigned to the chat, you can hover your cursor over the assigned tag to view its details.



Step-4: You can search for the ticket of a particular tag using the #tagname in the search box of Hello.


You can explore additional tag-related options, such as edit, archive, creation date, and created by, under the Manage section in HELLO.
