How To Create Carousel Template

Steps to create carousel template :-

1. Login to your MSG91 account and navigate to the WhatsApp Service section.

2. Click on Templates from the left-side menu.

3. If you have multiple WhatsApp numbers integrated, select your desired number from the top dropdown.

4. Click on Create New Template from the top-right corner.

Template Name
Select Template Type
Select Language
Select Carousel Option
Body Content (Optional)

5. Points -

Add Images & Buttons – Upload images and configure buttons for each card.

Add More Cards – Click the blue "Add Card" button on top to include more images, different body content, and buttons for each image.

Add Button Content – Fill in the required button details.

Add Sample Data – Click "Add Sample" to upload image samples and variables.

6. Click on "Send to WhatsApp" to send your carousel template.

Fill in all required details and click Send.

7. Your carousel template will now appear as shown in the preview.
