Where to check the Failed logs for Whatsapp messages?

After logging in to your MSG91 dashboard, please navigate to the WhatsApp micro-service.

Navigate to the Logs option to check the status of the WhatsApp messages.

We have now started displaying the log status as “Failed by Meta.” When you click on this status error (Failed by Meta), you will see the detailed failure description.

Example: 131049 – This message was not delivered to maintain a healthy ecosystem engagement

You can also checked the custom logs by using the filter option.

You can add the custom filter and the customer number directly and check the logs.

Note: We are now providing both delivered and failed logs within the same logs section.
