How to export/download the Delivery Reports


To export/download the Delivery Reports in MSG91, follow these simple steps:


1. Login into your MSG91 account and select the Reports option.

2. Here You can view a summary report of all your channels from the Analytics section. Select the desired channel from the sidebar and choose the required date range. The system will display a summary, including the exact number of messages for the selected period.
To download the report, click Export Logs or Filter/Export Analytics located in the top-right corner of the page.

3.1. Export Logs:- You can customize the report by selecting the required fields, such as Date Range, Timezone, Field, Status, Request ID, Mobile Number, SMS Count, Credit Deduction, Campaign Name, Promotional or Transactional SMS, Failure Reason, Pause Code, Country, Sender ID, DLT Template ID, SMS Length, and User IP. Once you have selected the desired fields, click the Export button to download the report.

3.2. Filter/Export Analytics: You can customize the report by selecting the desired grouping criteria from the Group By dropdown, such as Date-wise, DLT Template ID-wise, Country-wise, State-wise, Sender ID-wise, Error Code-wise, or Campaign-wise. You can also filter the report by SMS type (Transactional or Promotional) and choose whether to view data for the main account or sub-accounts. Once you have selected the desired fields, click the Export button to download the report.

4. Go to the Download section in the sidebar. You will see the exported reports here. Click on the Download button to download them to your system.

Note- To download previously exported reports, click on the SMS old Exports option at the top right of Download page.
