How to update a client’s phone number

Step 1: Click on Clients to view all the registered clients




Step 2: In the client info, click More. to update a number for the client


Step 3: Click on settings


Step 4: Under Company information tab click on change mobile



Step 5: Update the mobile number



Step 6: Click on update



Number will be updated successfully 

(Please note that this is for receiving notification from MSG91. Also you can use this number for billing and tech alerts. Please refer this link )

  



Step 6: However if you want to update the number to receive the OTP for accessing the AUTH KEY page then you need to update the number under User Information tab, provide the number in the "User Mobile" field and then click on Save Changes.
