   Interactive messages in Hello

1. In manage click ‘Saved Reply’

2. Click on Interactive Messages and create the message.

3. When you click on create - this window will open

• Select the WhatsApp number from which you want to send this message.

• Give it a name

• Select the type of message- Button, List, Product, or Product List.

• Enter all the details as per the headings given.

TO GET THE CATALOG ID AND PRODUCT ID- 

• First, you have to connect your meta catalog with your WhatsApp number in the MSG91 panel.

• Once you connect the number, you will get the catalog ID and Product ID from Meta:

1. Go to Commerce Manager 

2.  Select your catalog, here you get the Catalog ID.

3. Open the Catalog tab and go to Items. From there you can get the item id.

  Product:

Here you have to add the product and catalog Id from the dropdown.

  Product List:​

Here you have to add the products Id  and catalog Id from the dropdown.

Send the Interactive message on Hello: 

Go to the Chat.

From here you have to type @ to get the interactive message.

​

Select the template and click Send.
