A Request ID is a unique 24-character alphanumeric identifier generated for every SMS submitted on the platform. This ID helps our support team fetch the complete submission and delivery report for a specific message.

You can find the Request ID from the SMS panel using either of the following sections:

Option 1: From SMS → Logs

Navigate to SMS → Logs and locate the required message.
Move your cursor over the log entry to view the Request ID, as shown in the screenshot below.

Option 2: From SMS → Advanced Logs

Go to SMS → Advanced Logs and open the detailed view of the message.
The Request ID is displayed within the message details, as highlighted in the screenshot.
