Enable MM Lite in WhatsApp
To start this feature, go to WhatsApp panel in MSG91, click on the number on left panel.

Click on the Action button of the number on which you want to start the MM Lite services.

You have 2 option to start.
Option 1
On the toggle of “Request for MM Lite”
a. After clicking it on, you have to go to your Meta Business Settings.
b. Click on the “Other Requests“ under the Request Section in left panel.

c. Click on the Review of the request - “MSG91 has invited you to start sending marketing messages with optimization“, And click on “Continue”

d. And provide the access requested and click on finish.

Once you have clicked on Finish, it is done.
Option 2
You can directly click on the “Continue with facebook” blue button.
And complete the Embedded Signup process again for the same number.

Your business can now send the marketing messages through MM Lite.
-Send the WhatsApp messages from “Send WhatsApp “ feature in MSG91:
In Send WhatsApp, after selecting the template, there is an option to send the messages from MM Lite, choose “Yes“, and send.
