How to cancel the whatsapp subscription

If you want to stop your WhatsApp subscription on MSG91, follow these steps carefully:

1. Login to MSG91 Account

• Open MSG91 and log in with your credentials.

• Go to the WhatsApp section from the dashboard.

2. Access Number Details

• Click on the Upgrade option.

• Here, you will see the list of your WhatsApp numbers.

• Select the number for which you want to cancel the subscription and click on Show Details.

3. Cancel Subscription

• In the number details, you will see the Cancel Subscription option.

• Click on Cancel Subscription to cancel the plan.
