Country-wise SMS and Sender Id Rules

SMS will be delivered via default Sender IDs even if you don’t register your Sender IDs. This is preferred for lower volume as a swift and hassle-free solution with NO REGISTRATION COST..

However, for higher volumes, we recommend registering your own SID. Currently default Sender ID is not available in China, Vietnam, Mozambique, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Singapore, Kazakhstan, and Russia.

If you don't want to use the default Sender ID, you can follow the registration process below.

There are two types of Sender ID registration processes: Countries that require documents and Countries that require information.

Registration Fees:

Countries that require documents-  INR 1000 or USD 15, or GBP 15 per Country
Countries that require information-  INR 500 or USD 10 or GBP 10 per Country

For all Countries- INR 10000 or USD 200 or GBP 200.

-- Additional Registration fees may apply in a few countries by the Telecom Operator of the country; the above-mentioned registration fees do not include them.

-- Sender ID registration will only be initiated once your SMS traffic in that particular Country exceeds 2000 messages per month.

Countries that require documents:

Step 1: Kindly fill out this Form

Step 2: If you have registered offices in your targeted countries, kindly download local documents and mail us the sealed and signed forms on company letterhead along with local business certificates to [email protected].

In the absence of registered offices, kindly download the International documents and mail the sealed and signed forms on company letterhead to [email protected].

Note: Sender ID requests for Document required countries will not be taken ahead until we receive their corresponding Documents.

Step 1: For the below-mentioned countries kindly fill out this Form

Step 2: We will then share your details with the Operators and confirm with you once the Sender Id is approved. Post confirmation you can send SMSs to approved Countries.

Step 3: If you have registered offices in your targeted countries, kindly mail us local business certificates of all those countries at [email protected]
