MSG91 Bot Settings
One can configure the bot related settings.
Select the communication channel you wish to integrate the bot with.
Fallback flow : Set the custom fallback flow you wish to, when the bot is unable to understand the user’s message.
Session Duration : One can also set the time duration for which the bot needs to stay active. Once the set time is the bot session expires. All the conversation done gets vanished from the bot’s memory and one needs to re-initiate the conversations.
User can also set a message that needs to be sent once the session is expired. This helps the end user understand the bot is no longer continuing the conversation flow.
Select an action : User can set an action they wish to perform once the session is expired. The action could be Assign ticket to the team or agent, unassign the ticket from bot, Close ticket or pick a fallback flow.
