Refer this Help Doc to configure the inbox level settings

On Hello if you get the error : Access token has expired, page might be removed from the app, please re-integrate the page again.

To solve this you just need to click on the Re-Integrate option and complete the steps to reintegrate the inbox, it will solve your issue.
