RCS Integration

To integrate the RCS inbox in Hello, you can follow either of these two methods:

Method 1: Via RCS Settings

1. Go to RCS.

2. Navigate to Registration and click on Edit.

3. In the edit section, update the Inbound Settings and select Hello.

4. Save the changes.

Method 2: Via Hello

1. Go to Hello and open All Inbox.

2. Click on Create Inbox.

3. Choose RCS.

4. Select the Project ID and save.

Once the integration is complete, you can test the setup by sending a message and verifying that the inbound message appears in the Chat section in Hello.
