When building a chat bot flows in MSG91, sometimes you may want to directly connect one message card to another within the same flow—or even across different flows. To make this seamless, you can use the Jump To card available in the Action section.

The Jump To card is especially useful when:

• Your flows are lengthy and complex.

• You want to avoid manually drawing long connections.

• You wish to connect different flows together smoothly.

How to Use the Jump To Card

1. Open your flow in MSG91 Bot
   Navigate to the flow where you want to set up the jump.

2. Select the starting card
   Choose the message card from which you want the user to jump.

3. Drag and drop the Jump To card
   From the Action section, drag the Jump To card and connect it with the selected message card.

4. Configure the Jump To card

   • First, specify the Flow Name where you want the user to be redirected.

   • Then, enter the Message Card Name within that flow to complete the connection.

5. Invisible flow connection
   Once configured, the Jump To card creates an invisible link, allowing users to move seamlessly across flows without needing complex designs.

6. Test your flow
   Run a test to confirm that the jump works as expected and users are redirected to the correct message card.
