Button

The button message card lets you provide user with the options in form of Buttons. An E-commerce company can use these quick reply button to know more about the user’s interest, such as clothing, footwear or home decor.

1. Drag the button message card to the canvas

2. Add the content to the body of the card, also the header if you wish to

3. Add buttons to the template and name them

4. One can add up to 3 buttons in the template

5. Click on save

6. Check the Input Expected from the user check mark in order to receive an input from the user based on the options provided.

7. This will further create the nodes for each of the options provided helping user create a flow based on the options selected.
