Connect your WhatsApp Business number to Hello and manage all chats from one place.

Steps to Integrate WhatsApp with Hello

1. Open MSG91 Dashboard

   • Log in to MSG91 Dashboard.

   • Click on WhatsApp microservice

2. Access Numbers Panel

   • Click on Numbers in the vertical menu.

   • Find your WhatsApp number listed in the center panel.

   • Click the ✏️ (pen icon) on the right.

3. Enable Hello Integration

   • Toggle “Allow inbound in Hello” to ON.

   • Subscribe to a Hello plan (if not already).

   • Click Save.

4. Check Inbox in Hello

   • Open Hello microservice → Manage → All Inboxes.

   • A new WhatsApp inbox will appear.

5. Test the Setup

   • Send a message to your WhatsApp Business number.

   • Check if the inbound message appears in Hello.
