Enable WhatsApp Voice Bot

To Start the WhatsApp Voice AI Bot, please follow these steps:

  1. Enable the WhatsApp Voice Button in your WhatsApp Business Number (that you have added in the MSG91 WhatsApp):

    -First check the prerequisites: https://msg91.com/help/whatsapp/whatsapp-voice-calling

    -Once you fulfil the above criteria use this API to enable the Voice option: https://docs.msg91.com/whatsapp/whatsapp-voice-call

Once this is enabled- the client will be able to see the calling option in your WhatsApp Business Number, like below:

  1. Now create your AI Agentic Bot in the Hello of MSG91. Mention all the instructions in simple words.

    -Do mention that when the customer mention that - transfer to human agent - assign the ticket to human agent. similar lines like this..- So when the user will say this the call will get transferred to your support agents, who has an open MSG91 panel at that time- so that he/she could take over the conversation.

  2. Add the WhatsApp Number or other Inboxes (like Webchat, Instagram, Email, Facebook etc) on which you want to enable this Bot, in the Enable At section:

  1. Once that is done you have to enable the Voice bot Toggle and deploy the Agentic AI section:

  1. Now everything is set. You can test that out by calling on that number, and talk to the chatbot and also check that when you are mentioning to transfer the call, it is being transferred to the agent.
