Billable Logs

We have recently introduced an update to improve the clarity of log data across all microservices.

What Has Changed

By default, the Logs section in all microservices (such as SMS, WhatsApp, Email, etc.) will now display only Billable Logs.

This means the logs you see initially will include only those submissions for which charges were applied.

What Logs Are Not Shown by Default

Submissions where no charges were incurred will not appear in the default log view. This may include examples such as:

  • Failed WhatsApp messages

  • WhatsApp inbound messages

  • Other non-billable events

How to View All Logs

If you need to review all submissions (both billable and non-billable), you can do so by:

  1. Navigating to the Logs section of the respective microservice.

  2. Selecting the “All Logs” filter while exporting the logs.

  3. Downloading the export to view the complete log data.


This will allow you to access both billable and non-billable records.

FYI: If you are unable to find some logs most likely it is because you have not selected All dropdown in the Billable logs section.
