How to Update RCS Registration Details
Once your RCS registration is completed, any changes to your description, logo, image, or other registration details cannot be made directly from the dashboard.
If you want to make any changes after registration, please follow the steps below.
Requesting Changes via MSG91 Support
Please contact the MSG91 Support Team ([email protected]) from your registered email address.
Share the details of the changes you want to make (description, logo, image, etc.).
Our team will coordinate with the operator to apply the required changes.
Once the changes are completed, we will inform you.
⏳ Timeline:
After the operator updates the details, it may take up to 7 days for the changes to reflect.
How to Reflect Changes Immediately (Optional)
After the confirmation from the operator, if you wish to reflect the changes immediately on your device, follow the steps below.
Step A: Reload Chatbot Information
Open Google Messages
Tap the 3-dot menu / Profile icon
Select Debug or Debug features
Go to RBM
Tap Reload chatbot information
Step B: Enable Debug Menu (If Not Visible)
If you do not see the Debug option, follow these steps:
Open Google Messages
Tap on Search
Type xyzzy
Press Enter
You will see the message: “Debug Menu Enabled.”
Once enabled, repeat Step A.
