The Display Name setting allows you to control what name is shown to your users during conversations, offering flexibility in how your brand communicates.
ЁЯУНHow to Access Display Name Settings:
Go to the Manage section.
Click on All Inboxes.
Locate the inbox and click on the three dots beside it.
Select Display Name from the dropdown menu.
ЁЯз╛ Available Display Name Options
You can choose from the following options for how names are displayed to your users:
MemberтАЩs Name
Displays the actual name of the agent handling the conversation.
Assignee (Team or Agent Name)
Shows either the assigned agent's name or the team name, depending on assignment.
Custom
Allows you to set a custom display name (e.g., "Support Team," "Bot Assistant").
A text field will appear to input your preferred name.
None
No display name is shown to the user.
